We are a Physiotherapy clinic and Reformer Pilates studio with the goal to enhance and empower the health outcomes of our community. Our practice provides care through all stages of life, so regardless of what your goals or abilities may be, we are here to help!
Our Director and Physiotherapist Tom grew up locally, however spent the past 7 years in Melbourne where he completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University and worked at Australia's largest Physiotherapy company. Tom's passion for ongoing professional development has lead to further study in regions of the body such as the spine, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder, as well as more specialised areas of osteoarthritis, sports and paediatrics. Tom finds that utilising a combination of techniques such as personalised exercise prescription, education, mobilisation, massage and dry needling give the best clinical results!
In his spare time you'll find Tom playing football for the Seymour Lions, travelling or cheering on the mighty Blues.
Our Practice Manager Grace grew up in Seymour before moving to Melbourne to further her studies in Dance and Business Management. After completing her studies, Grace moved back home to Seymour to start her own business which she successfully ran for 5 years. Grace's initial business, Black Cat Dance Studios, had a strong focus on creating a positive environment through dance, health and fitness. A passion for health and fitness meant that Pilates became an integral part of her dance training. Grace now wishes to bring the benefits of Reformer Pilates to the Seymour region.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, as well as taking the court for the Seymour Football Netball Club.
